Trim Levels (Exterior)
The 2023 ARIYA is available in eight trims, starting with the Venture+ FWD, which features a dynamic stance accentuated by 19-inch alloy wheels with aero wheel covers, which are also available on the Engage FWD. With the Evolve+ FWD, you can take advantage of a panoramic moonroof. The Empower+ FWD commands attention with distinctive badging. You'll find dark satin chrome window trim on the Engage e-4orce AWD and Engage+ e-4orce AWD. The Evolve+ e-4orce AWD features a panoramic moonroof, and the Platinum+ e-4ource AWD offers a motion-activated liftgate. Exterior color options include Gun Metallic, Northern Lights Metallic, and two-tone Sunrise Copper Pearl/Black Diamond Pearl.
Engine (Power)
The Engage FWD comes equipped with a 160-kW AC synchronous electric motor, while other FWD models come equipped with a 178-kW AC synchronous motor. The 160-kW motor teams up with a 63-kWh battery to enable a 216-mile driving range. With the 178-kW motor and 87-kWh battery, the ARIYA has a 304-mile driving range. The Engage e-4orce AWD features a 250-kW dual-motor configuration and a 63-kWh battery for a 205-mile driving range. The other AWD models get a 290-kW dual-motor configuration and an 87-kWh battery. The Engage+ e-4orce AWD and Evolve+ e-4orce AWD have a 272-mile driving range. Meanwhile, the Platinum+ e-4orce AWD has a 267-mile driving range.
Performance
With ARIYA FWD models, you'll enjoy incredible maneuverability when you're navigating traffic, taking tight turns, and merging onto busy highways. AWD models let you take advantage of the impressive all-weather capabilities you expect from a conventional SUV and the thrill and precision typically found in a sports car. In fact, select models can go from zero to 60 mph in 4.8 seconds. In every ARIYA, the battery is placed low in the chassis, providing a lower center of gravity that helps you feel in control, even when encountering unexpected twists and turns. When properly equipped, the ARIYA can tow 1,500 pounds.
Interior
The 2023 ARIYA seats five and gives you 59.7 cubic feet of cargo space when you fold the rear seats. The ARIYA comes standard with wireless Apple CarPlay integration, while upper trim levels add amenities such as heated front and rear seats, a power center storage compartment featuring a tray table, and multi-color illumination. You can also take advantage of active sound control and Nappa leather seating surfaces, depending on your trim.
Safety Features
No matter where you're going, you can count on the 2023 Nissan ARIYA to have your back with an automatic emergency braking system that applies the brakes when it senses an impending collision with a vehicle or pedestrian. When a vehicle is traveling in your blind-spot zones, you'll receive an alert from the blind-spot warning, while the rear cross-traffic alert senses approaching traffic when your ARIYA is in reverse. Other features include high-beam assistance, a lane-departure warning, and rear automatic braking.
