Trim Levels (Exterior)

You can purchase the 2023 Nissan Murano in four trims: S, SV, SL, and Platinum. A Midnight Edition is also available for the 2023 model year, featuring a blacked-out exterior trim with 20-inch black wheels. The S has LED headlights, a black grille with a chrome surround, and 18-inch wheels. On the SV, you get roof rails, LED fog lights, and heated outside mirrors with integrated turn signal indicators. Moving up to the SL adds a hands-free power liftgate and upgrades you to 20-inch wheels. The Platinum features a dual-panel panoramic moonroof to let the sunshine wash over everyone.

Engine (Power)

The 2023 Nissan Murano features one engine option across all four trims. You get a 3.5-liter V-6 paired with an Xtronic continuously variable automatic transmission that delivers 260 horsepower and 240 pound-feet of torque. With an EPA-estimated 28 mpg on the highway, you can stay away from the pumps and on the road longer in the Murano.

Performance

Nissan has added performance-enhancing features to the 2023 Murano to improve the drive. Front-wheel drive is standard on the Murano, but you can trade that in for an intelligent all-wheel-drive system for better handling, traction, and performance regardless of road surfaces or weather conditions. You also get speed-sensitive steering with hydraulic power assist, an active brake limited-slip differential, hill start assist, and a 1,500-pound towing capacity as standard features on the Murano.

Interior

Upon entering the 2023 Nissan Murano, you'll notice the attention to detail for driver and passenger comfort and convenience. On the S, you get a 60/40-split folding rear seat to allow various cargo, passenger, and both configurations to meet your needs. You also get a six-way manual driver's seat, cloth upholstery, voice-activated audio controls, wireless streaming and phone through Bluetooth, satellite radio, four USB ports, and an 8-inch color display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Higher trims offer additional features such as heated front and rear seats, a power-adjustable driver's seat with lumbar support, ventilated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and leather upholstery. You can add a remote engine start, real-time traffic and weather displays, turn-by-turn navigation with NissanConnect Services, and an 11-speaker premium audio system.

Safety Features

Drivers put safety as a top priority when purchasing a new vehicle, so the 2023 Nissan Murano has plenty of safety and driver-assistance features to keep everyone safe. You get a blind-spot warning, lane-keep assist, intelligent brake assist, driver attention alert, and an advanced air bag system as standard features on the Murano. The SV offers intelligent cruise control, while the SL has a 360-degree surround-view camera and traffic sign reader. You can add a vehicle tracker to the Platinum with a NissanConnect Services subscription.
